Happy New Year!!

Well, I know this is quite late. However, I have been extremely busy with school, work, Upward cheerleading, children's choir, and adult choir. There just isn't a whole lot of time to blog these days. Besides that I have been waiting on my mom to send me pictures from Christmas. I didn't use my camera this year. But that is just an excuse :)
Christmas went a little something like this for us. The week before I was coming down with a cold (just my luck), so I went and got a shot the Friday we left for Columbus. On our way we picked up my Granny in New Albany. Saturday morning we got up semi-early (the boys went hunting and got in trouble with Mom for getting home late...it was a good thing we were going to see my dad's family and not my mom's). We went to Grenada for Christmas at my aunt's new house. We came back home that night and got up Sunday to go to New Albany to see my mom's family. We spent all day there and came home that night. Monday, Mom and I did a little shopping around Columbus (some last minute things that I had forgotten to do). Monday night after succussfully getting my brother and Josh unstuck (yeah, that's right they got my dad's truck stuck in the mud when they went hunting...Dad wasn't very happy, but I thought it was quite amusing), we went to Josh's aunt's house for Christmas with his Grandfather. Then Monday we got up and had Christmas with my mom, dad, and brother. We then went to lunch over at Josh's grandmother's house. After lunch we came home, packed up the car, and headed back north. Josh had to be at work Wednesday, so we didn't get to stay long in Columbus. We're sorry we didn't get to see anyone besides family while we were there.

The next weekend was the big bowl game. We had a blast. It was freezing though!! We went with my mom, my aunt, uncle, and two cousins.

A few weeks ago my lil' sis' from Chi-O got married in Tupelo. We had a good time getting to see people we hadn't seen in a long time.

Josh went duck hunting in Stuttgart, AR two weeks ago. He had a blast. He said it was like nothing he had ever experienced before.

Well, that about catches me up for now. I will try to post again soon, but I am not making any promises. A huge congratulations goes out to Lee and Celeste Gillis on the birth of their first son, Rowe. We miss you guys!
